Hire4Less LLC coordinates staffing services with employees in Tirana, Albania who cover U.S. business hours. Contact info@hire4less.co with questions about this notice or to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided. Some records may need to be retained for a completed engagement or applicable obligations.
The current site shows sample profiles.
Profiles marked “sample” illustrate potential roles. They are not live candidate listings. The sample hiring walkthrough does not charge a card or create a signed engagement. Do not enter payment-card details or sensitive personal information in a sample flow.
Information entered in the inquiry form is held in the page while you prepare your request. The form clearly indicates whether online submissions are connected. If the button says “Prepare email,” it prepares a message in your email app; you must send that message yourself. A downloaded request is saved on your device.
We use inquiries to discuss your hiring needs.
The inquiry form asks for your name, business email, company, role requirements, preferred hours and time zone, number of hires, and supporting details. Phone and preferred start are optional. This information helps Hire4Less discuss your needs, propose a suitable assignment, and follow up on your request.
When online submissions are enabled, the request is sent to the site’s backend, stored as a hiring inquiry, and used to notify Hire4Less at info@hire4less.co. A receipt message appears only after the server confirms that the request was accepted. Contact consent is required for that inquiry; it is not a subscription to an unrelated marketing list.
If you provide an optional sales code, it is included with the hiring record so Hire4Less can identify the salesperson or referral associated with your request.
Live hiring will require additional information.
A live engagement will require business and signer details, the selected candidate, an agreed schedule, a commercial quote, electronic-signature consent, and a separate recurring-payment authorization. The agreement record may include your typed signature, agreement version, acceptance time, IP address, browser information, and payment reference to document the transaction.
The planned live flow uses Stripe-hosted checkout for card payment. Full card details are entered with the payment processor, not in the Hire4Less agreement. Signed agreements and assignment details are stored by the site and sent to the Hire4Less onboarding inbox. Resend is the planned service for those notifications. These connections must be configured before live transactions are available.
Candidate interviews will use VideoAsk.
Live candidate interviews are intended to be hosted by VideoAsk. Opening a live VideoAsk interview may send standard connection and browser information to that provider, and its privacy notice applies to its service. Sample profiles without an interview do not contain a real candidate recording.
Service providers support the site and hiring process.
The site’s hosting and delivery services may process technical connection data needed to display the site, operate its features, and limit abusive submissions. When enabled, payment, video, email, and storage providers process information needed for their respective functions. Relevant assignment information may also be shared with Hire4Less’s team and the local employer in Albania to coordinate staffing and onboarding.
Keep your request focused on the role and business needs. Do not include passwords, customer databases, identification documents, financial account credentials, health information, or other sensitive records. Any required access to client systems should be arranged during onboarding with appropriate safeguards.
